Captivating a youthful market through its print-driven knit dresses, ranging from work wear to day wear, Alex and Ava explores edgy styling through the use of playful geometric and abstract textures, vivid colors, and bold, unique design.

“Alex and Ava’s casual look targets a demographic that Komarov has not yet reached, giving us the ability to play with a new range of styles,”owner Dimitri Komarov says. “With the Summer line, we aim to capture the bright colors and textures that bloom with the season.”

Designed and handmade in Los Angeles, Alex and Ava features diverse designs with an emphasis on vertical and cross pleating that expands on the figure-flattering memory retention technology that has become a signature of Komarov. Each garment utilizes innovative pleating technology that adds dimension and surface interest, as well as natural elasticity to complement a range of body types. The final rigorous heat process fixates the pleating and creates a durable, wrinkle-free garment ideal for travel, work, or play.
